Our Mission

Resourcing the local Church to better serve the Special Needs Community

Our Story

AccessAble Kingdom emerged out of the special needs ministry of Crossroads Nazarene Church in Chandler, Arizona.

Our founders, Revs. William and Sarah Robinson, are ordained elders in the Church of the Nazarene and proud parents to twin daughters, Katie and Madison, who have Down syndrome.

In many ways, AccessAble Kingdom is simply an extension of who they are—where their calling to serve the church intersects with the unique joys and challenges of being special needs parents.

William and Sarah have personally experienced the power of a church that walks alongside special needs families in difficult times. From the unexpected Down syndrome diagnosis at birth to multiple major surgeries, hospital stays, and a later dual diagnosis of autism, they were uplifted and supported by a loving faith community.

However, as they connected with other special needs families, it became clear that their experience was not the norm—most families lacked the vital support they had received, especially from the church.

Recognizing this gap, William and Sarah felt called to equip churches to better serve this often-overlooked community.
